Personal Portraits

Personal Portraits? What are these? Boudoir? Glamour? Beauty? Something else? All of the above?

Personal Portraits are celebrations of you!

New boxed print offering from Cornicello Photography

For many people, thinking of portraits brings thoughts of large wall prints, or an 8x10 to go on your spouse's office desk, or other traditional uses of portraits.

Personal portraits are more intimate. They often don't serve as the subject for a wall sized portrait or for a desktop image. But they do deserve to be printed and shared with the appropriate audience. For that, I've added a new product to my studio's offerings. Instead of a traditional album, we are now offering a handsome brocade box that holds a set of 12-18 images from your photo session. The box holds a set of 8x10 mats with a 5x7 print in each. The photos can be color or black and white, or both. You get to select the images you want.

Unlike an album, the mats are all individual pieces. You can set up a small easel to hold a matted print and change the images out to feature different images at different times. These make a great gift for a special someone in your life. And yes, you can be that special person. Who better to gift a set of beautiful sensual images to? You deserve it.

If you are interested in seeing samples and setting up a photo session for yourself please email Kim to set up an appointment.

Here are some samples of personal portraits.

Thanks for taking a look at our new offerings. I hope we get a chance to work together to create some beautiful images celebrating you.

Come out and play

We had a great time a few years ago creating maternity photos for Ted and Katherine as they were expecting Caelen.

Here we are a few years later waiting on Johanna to come out and meet everyone, so time for a new photo seession. Kim created a video of images from the session...

The fun times continued as you can see in these photos.

Let me know when you are ready for your fun photo session.

Thanks!

Café Nordo: Somethin' Burning

Café Nordo returns to Seattle October 12 through November 18, 2012.

This fall, Café Nordo presents SOMETHIN’ BURNING, an immersive dining experience featuring craft cocktails, Nouvelle Roadhouse cuisine, and a deeply sincere special agent bent on finding the truth in a small town penetrated by insidious darkness.

I recently had the great pleasure to work with a great cast to create some dark publicity photos for the show. I'd like to introduce you to some of the characters.

Meet Angelica Crew - Daughter of Stan Crew, original owner of
the Hideout. She left Lost Falls before finishing
high school. She never knew her mom, and her dad was
not the easiest to handle. He raised a tough, swearing,
firecracker of a daughter...

Meet Michael Stern - Since sophomore year in high school
Michael has worked at the Hideout.... Most people think he’s
angry. He does have a habit of lashing out as if cornered.
He often feels cornered.
The photos were created on location at Cornish in Seattle. Let me know when you need photos to publicize your upcoming events or need new headshots.

Thanks!
John
